Cancellation Policy

Agreed appointments are valid, even in the case that you don't receive a reminder (SMS/Email). With the appointment agreement you are accepting our cancellation policy.
We kindly request at least 48 hours (2 work days) to process any appointment changes or cancellations. For no-shows or cancellations under 48 hours in advance, we are forced to charge a fee of CHF 90 for 30-45 Minutes appointment and CHF 180 for longer appointments.
